About this apartment rental

This historic home is within a mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With it's contemporary decor, a brand new kitchen and plenty of space, this house is full of character and amenities.

Beautiful house with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. Didn't realize there was an upstairs we didn't have access to so occasionally people would be up there.
