This historic home is within a mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With it's contemporary decor, a brand new kitchen and plenty of space, this house is full of character and amenities.

Host was very attentive. Very, clean, beautiful home. Central to a great deal in Eau Claire. We very much loved having the privilege of staying in a historic home, imagining all of the life lived within those walls over the years. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place. Bast hamburgers in Eau Claire within walking distance. Only one minus, a long steep flight of stairs to carry your luggage.
