Fairview is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a central location making it a great base to immerse yourself in a Margaret River getaway!
The Space;
This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated. Walking distance from all the lovely cafes and shops but in a quiet street. This home away from home is just a 2 minute walk to the main street where you'll find cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops. Both bedrooms have a king bed and the 2 bathrooms allow for plenty of privacy! Just the perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploring the Margaret River region
Sit back and relax at Fairview while you enjoy a local wine on the balcony or watch your favourite movie after a big day exploring the region!
Other things to note;
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Stairs: The apartment has 2 flights of stairs leading from the undercover parking
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Location is quiet but close to everything within a short walk. Very modern and clean 2 BR 2 bathrooms apartment. Only hiccup is there is no lift to the 1st floor and we had 3 x 23 kgs cases to negotiate up and down the stairs. 2 out of 4 guests are over 70's. However we managed slowly with care.

Great location. Property was well furnished, bright and clean. Two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Undercover parking. We will definitely stay again.
