734 apartment-2 bedroom and 2 bathroom accommodation, sleeps 4

This is a top notch stay. It had all the little things like coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Yes getting bags up the stairs is difficult for some but worth the problem. Everything was clean and looked after. Towels were clean and fluffy, bathroom was clean and kitchen had many extras. From the choccies and wine to the decor to the walk to shops it was all really good.

We had a problem with next door apartment (not under their management) and when I rang they were very helpful and we had no further problems. Could not fault this property. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Clean spacious apartment. Near town. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and equipment.

Handheld shower hose leaking. Unable to contact staff using phone. Left email but was told no plumber available.

Very nice location and easy to find. Main bedroom was nice with a comfortable bed and strong a/c. Host was responsive and kind.

When we arrived, there was a horrible odor and ants all over the kitchen counters and floorboards. I found some odor reliever and sprayed it, but it was running out. It helped a bit, but truly smelled like an animal died. I wrote to the host who came quickly (we were at dinner) and fixed ant issue. When we returned, the ants were gone. Odor was not as bad, but never fully gone for the whole stay. This was not how we should have entered- I do not know how it was left like that. Also, there was a gross red stain outside that was never cleaned (blood maybe?) Bigger issue was she said wifi was 50 mbps upload and I work from home, so would not have gone if wifi was bad. But wifi was horrible- about 10 mbps. I had to use my friend's hotspot the whole time. If she did not have one, I would have had to move as I work remote. Also it is very bright at sunrise with no blackout shades. The good part is host was nice, allowed for late checkout. Shower pressure and water temp was good.
