About this cottage rental
Between Brive la Gaillarde and Salat, discover our 70M2 gîte on the first floor of our Périgord house.
You will have 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 + 2 beds 80 that can be pushed together) and 2 bathrooms, 1 main room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave toaster, coffee maker), TV, sofa, table and chairs, baby bath, cot and high chair.
A storeroom with washing machine and dryer.
Guests have access to the garden and the swimming pool (open from May).
Private terrace with lounge, garden umbrella and barbecue
One of the bedrooms with its bathroom is independent, ideal if you come with friends.
1 sofa
Bed linen and towels not provided
Optional cleaning.
The house is located on the road to walnuts 30 km from Sarlat, you can discover the region and its classified sites
-Lascaux
-Castelnaud
-Les Eyzies
-Padirac chasm
-The castle of Beynac
-The gardens of Marqueyssac
The village has a grocery store that also distributes bread.
The house is on the side of the road on the walnut road (see Google maps)
Be careful from July to August, arrivals are on Sundays

We had a great week in this nice house. The kids had a lot of fun at the swimming pool and in the garden. The house has all comfort needed and is very charming. Communication with the owner was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay and Alexis is the perfect host, he’s very responsive to all communication, even when the queries were probably inane!
Like other comments, the gite has a bit of a strange layout but then that gives it character. Yes it’s on a main road but you soon ignore the noise. Everything is provided, the gite was very clean and the pool is a good size.
I’d definitely recommend staying here

What a great week, property was perfect, swimming pool excellent cannot fault it and would highly recommend. Only issue I wish we had booked 2 weeks and not 1, as 1 week was not long enough. Oh and if you are 190cm tall, watch your head, as ceilings are low in places 😂. Will definetly go back. Thx
