There's space enough to spread out in this home, with rustic wooden touches all throughout to put you in a restful state of mind. If you still have some assignments to complete, a desk workspace is all set up to help you finish up so you can relax. Enjoy upscale cabin decor throughout the home, with antler chandeliers in the dining area meeting stone accents and luxurious appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy grilling out on the private gas grill when you feel like cooking out in the fresh air. The private hot tub is perfect for enjoying a soak after a long day of exploring. Nature is never too far away here, and there's room for everyone in your group to enjoy it.
The first floor of this home features two bedrooms, both just past the desk workspace and lower level living room. The first bedroom is just past the living room, and features a lovely mountain view. At the end of the hall, the second bedroom features a fun bunk room setup. The full bathroom between these two rooms (featuring a standalone shower) can serve these guests. Up the stairs, the third bedroom is straight ahead from the top landing. This fun bunk room features a lovely mountain view and is just next door to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth and final bedroom of this home lies at the very end of the hall - this is the home's grand suite, featuring a private entrance to the balcony and an en suite bathroom that features double sinks and a standalone shower. Every room in this home features a ceiling fan for optimum guest comfort.

Stay was amazing, this was our 2nd time there. I will stay sitting on the front balcony is a little scary because it sways if someone moves a lot. I think the support beams could use more support.

Really excellent property. Very close to all the lakes and downtown area. The property itself is spacious and homely. The hot tub and grill are great amenities. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Enjoyed our week with family. Great home base to explore Grand Lake and RMNP. With the exception of the pull-out sofa which was very uncomfortable, the home was perfect for our large group. Overall a wonderful place!
