About this house rental
**This cabin is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park**
Escape to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in the breathtaking mountain town of Grand Lake. Perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and all the comforts of home.
You'll enter the home through the basement level into an inviting, game room and bar space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and a smart TV ensuring endless fun for everyone. The first bedroom and bathroom can also be found on this level featuring a queen over queen bunkbed and fully updated bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs, the main level of the home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living space to come together after the day's adventures. There are two additional bedrooms situated on either side of the main level bathroom that offer a queen bed and king bed respectively. Each equipped with TV's and promises of a restful night's sleep. There are two additional bedrooms up the stairs with another full bathroom. The bedroom to the left of the stairs offers a queen bed and the 5th bedroom is a bunkroom!
Use the gorgeous outdoor deck to soak in the panoramic mountain vistas and fresh mountain air. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink, the natural beauty surrounding you is simply unparalleled.

*Please note that this home does has a fire pit but wood on the property is not for guest use, however several places in town sell wood by the bundles!

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

The house was exactly as advertised. The location is a very short walk to the quaint downtown and minutes from RMNP. Everyone agreed that they want to come back!

The M&M Lodge is conveniently located just above the town of Grand lake with easy walking access to shopping, dining and the lakefront. The home is spacious and fun for entertaining.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Property was not clean on outside. Tables needed to be washed. I washed them. The queen size bed on main floor could not be slept in because deodorizing spray on bedding was overwhelming. Floor needed to be washed. PM did not respond to text or emails at times. Let them know that a wedding ring had been lost in the response. Disappointed in property managements response time.
