Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and two stairgates available on request. Patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. This attractive property is attached to the Manor House (property ref GAW) and is under the same ownership but is completely self-contained. It sits in the picturesque and peaceful Cornish hamlet of West Pentire and is only 300 yards from a cliff path that leads to acres of golden sand. The delights of rock pool fishing, exploring caves or surfing can be enjoyed by children and adults alike (see photograph – dogs allowed). Set in the heart of National Trust land, the property is surrounded by magnificent walking country around the headlands and bays away from the roads. It is an ideal base to explore North Cornwall’s splendid countryside, stunning coastline, and unique history. The historic and family friendly Bowgie Inn is nearby and offers a selection of food as well as local beers and ciders, and sports fans can enjoy Sky coverage. A general store (open in season) can be found nearby, and Crantock village and its shops are only 1 mile away. The lively resort of Newquay, with its cliffs, honeycombed by numerous caves, is 5 miles round the estuary to the north. Beach 200 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

We stayed at Manor Cottage in February.A lovely comfortable cottage. In a quiet location. We had good communication with owner who made sure we had everything we needed.We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay accomodation was clean well maintained with good level of modern comforts. Ideally placed for rugged coastline walks in proximity to beautiful crantock and pentire beaches. Good value.

Had a great time would definitely book again. Only small criticism i have is that the bath and shower tray needs to be re-silicone to stop any further damage to the property.

Lovely cottage in West Pentire. Clean and well equipped with good parking space. Great for walking on the SW coastal path with nearby access to beaches at Crantock and Polly Joke. The Bowgie pub and C Bay cafe bistro are close by and Crantock village is a few minutes drive away.All in, an excellent week away.
