New in 2022: a beautiful 84 m² vacation apartment in a prime location with a partial view of the lake

From this cozy, centrally located accommodation, you can quickly reach all the major attractions. The nearest lake access point with swimming is only about 100 meters away. In about 5 minutes, you can reach the public swimming pool with lake access (as well as two large chlorinated swimming pools, including a water slide and a large sunbathing area).
The “Städtle” is about an 8-minute walk away. The nearby Eriskirch Ried Nature Reserve is the largest nature reserve on the German shore of Lake Constance.
The accommodation has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished. You can partially see the lake from the living room. A baby bed and other items (bottle warmer, high chair, etc.) are available upon request. Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) can be rented for an additional fee for the duration of your stay. Shorter stays (or stays outside the weekly schedule) are possible upon request, subject to availability.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house. The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters away.

Please note that a visitor’s tax is charged in Langenargen. This is currently €3.15 per person (ages 16 and up) per day. The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately. You can pay it on-site in cash or via PayPal, or transfer the amount in advance. In return, you’ll receive the “Echt Bodensee Card.” This card offers several included benefits (including free admission to swimming pools and museums, free rides on local public transportation, and some discounts).
