The new couch can easily be converted into an additional sleeping space for a fifth person. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional guest restroom provide comfort for everyone. The open-concept kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances and a cooktop with an integrated range hood, is perfect for cooking together. A special highlight is the large, covered loggia, where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine while having breakfast in the morning.

Electric roller shutters, an awning, built-in speakers in the bathroom, and a practical storage closet ensure maximum comfort. A washer and dryer in the basement, along with two private parking spaces, perfectly round out the amenities.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Notes:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Check-in and check-out are possible seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.
