Large flat with decent location (10 min walk to the lake)
The furniture is really old. Many things esp. in the kitchen are very old and outdated. Also for a flat for 4+ people the amount of silverware is on the low end. More than 6 forks and knives would really ease the daily routine. Some lights in the rooms did not work. Partially the is equipment for "fixing" minor staff stored in the flat. Could be placed at the land lord location instead. Cleaniness ok, but one level deeper e.g. below sofa etc. I expect more if I pay a mandatory cleaning fee. Fee for kids towels and bed sheets was not shown during booking even so that kids and age was given at time of booking. Additional local fee was charged at 3.5 Eur/person a day, while official homepage states 3.15 Eur/person a day. No bill was provided. Minor but not nice. Generally an ok place to stay, but I expected a better quality for the pricd.

Conveniently located, not far from Friedrichshafen and Lindau. Just a short stroll to the beach. A comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen.

Sehr gute Lage, wegen Nähe zum See, zum Bahnhof, zum Wandern ,zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Sauber und praktisch, ruhig.
