Apartment with mezzanine, located on Via de' Falegnami, a small street full of excellent restaurants that connects Via Indipendenza to Piazzetta della Pioggia.
This apartment, located on the third floor of a building without a lift, opens onto the living area with a table for two, TV and open-plan kitchen. From here, a staircase leads to the mezzanine which houses a double bed. A bathroom equipped with all fixtures and shower completes the accommodation.
*The city centre is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, called the Learned (Dotta) as it is home to the oldest University in the West, the Fat (Grassa) for its gastronomic excellence and the Red (Rossa) for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre, which is among the most extensive in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Fountain of Neptune and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising visitors all year round.
The central train station is less than 15 minutes' walk away whilst the airport is 15 minutes by car.

Excellent location near everything you want to visit in Bologna. Short 15 walk from Bologna central train station. Property was clean and very well maintained. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is located up 4 flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us but if you have mobility issues it may be an issue. Also the bedroom is lofted and up a steep flight of stairs with the bathroom on the lower level. This was not a surprise and was in the listing just be aware of it. Overall we liked the property and location. It’s also very quiet at night which is great.
