How long has it been since your last vacation or getaway? Probably too long. Life goes by so fast and we all want down time and opportunities to make memories for a lifetime. Coming to our condo at Summer House West will be one of those getaway destinations that you will always remember. Take a look at this condo that has new owners and new to the rental market. I am confident you will be glad you came and will look for any excuse to get back to Gulf Shores.

This beautiful newly redecorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has a wonderful side view of the The Little Lagoon and is directly across the street from the sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores. Summer House West 202B features new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and new flooring! If you plan on cooking some of your meals, you will find most anything you will need to do so, if cooking isn't part of your vacation plans you will find many fine restaurants close by. Ask a local for suggestions on where to eat! This unit also offers 3 large flat screen TV's..1 King bed, 2 Full and a sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, dvd, wifi, covered parking (2) and 3 private balconies. Condo is over 1250 sq ft! Spread Out!!

If you are traveling with children, there are plenty of exciting and educational family activities all along the Alabama Coast.
The condo has stairs inside leading to bedrooms upstairs. There are also stairs leading from the covered parking to the condo. There are no elevators at Summer House West.
This is a non-smoking, no pet unit is located at 1988 West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores.
I have the privilege of managing this condo for really super owners, Paula and Mike Bayack of Kansas. They are beach people trapped in Kansas.

When my wife Lisa and I were in some of the darkest times of our lives we began a humble business at the beach with condos. Great property with all essentials needed! We loved to cook local seafood they had everything we needed. The condo was super nice and well thought out! Beds were comfy, slept well after our days on the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property I can't recommend enough for your next Gulf Shores vacation! Picture perfect based on the photos provided, this condo unit was all that and more!
From the one quarter mile walking distance to the beach (about 2 miles past the public beach access, which makes the beach access area much less crowded, even during Summer peak days) to the rear inlet access with a fully modernized dock area including water & electrical access for boating & fishing needs this property does not fail!
We spent 5 days total at the condo and loved every day of it. The early morning and later evenings at the beach were simply amazing. The kids loved using the outside showers and pool after a few hours at the beach, which helped wash the sand and salt off.
The outside grilling area (gazebo near the inlet docks) was surprisingly nice! Big heavy custom made cast iron grills, not some cheapo Char-King junk that gets worn out over time. We decided to grab steaks and chicken at the local grocery one evening and I spent an hour at the grill area. I honestly could've sat out there all day just taking in the sights of the inlet!
To conclude, this was a phenomenal vacation and the memories and kids having a wonderful time is always worth it in itself, but Summer Beach House West helped form the experience and we are very thankful and grateful to have stayed there. 5/5 Stars! Highly recommend! Thank you from the Hosick Family!

This is our fourth time staying at the Summer House West and our first time staying in this unit. This unit was up-to-date and really nice. We loved everything about it and the Summer House West.
