Summer House West B201 is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium, townhome style, located on the 2nd floor in building B overlooking Little Lagoon. The unit is approximately 1280 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon and limited views of the gulf from the balconies. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo and half bath.
Summer House West building A, B and C are 3 story wood structure buildings, town home style, located approximately 3.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Summer House West has an outdoor pool, deeded beach access, fishing pier, fish cleaning station and gazebo with bbq grills. No trailers allowed. Minimum age to rent - 21.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

This place was a find... price vs value was incredible. It was more than we hoped knowing "beach front" places are usually well used... for the cost per night I would book this place over and over again.

The property management company was great to deal with - recommend! The property was as described and pretty average (the photos do make it appear a little nicer than it actually is). I likely wouldn't visit the property again but I would rent again from this management company.
