Get away from the high rises and high costs and bring your family to a roomy, nicely decorated and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious pool side condo (building I) in the well known Sea Oats. The complex is spread out on nine beautifully landscaped acres directly on 700 feet of waterfront of the Little Lagoon with exclusive private beach access only a few steps away Right across the street.
This 1200 square foot condo is one of the nicest units in the complex. It offers a large fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and washer/dryer in the unit. Living area and both bedrooms open to private balcony directly overlooking one of two Olympic sized pools in the complex (plus two kiddie pools).
The complex offers private boat slips, boat launch, gazebos, benches, picnic tables and grills. Fish from the piers without ever leaving the area (complete with a fish cleaning station)!
Unlike many units, included is a starter supply of hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Full linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided and a full size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall for your use.

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. The only issue was the internet was spotty at best but we wouldn't let that keep us from staying again next year if the property is still available for rent. We have reserved this unit again for next May.

This rental was incredibly clean, located perfectly across the street from the beach, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The only negative would be the mattresses, they could benefit from being replaced. But honestly, I'd stay here again, and likely will.

I really enjoy the Sea Oats complex, and the condos are an excellent size and have nice access to the beach, bay and pools. I have definitely stayed in worse conditions, but there was a lot of pet hair on the comforter (most specifically on the dark comforter in the master bedroom). The couch in the living room had an odor to it, but was comfy to sit on. Most important to note, you are not allowed to turn the AC below 74. Now this may not be a big deal for some, but it made for some warm nights and affected the quality of sleep. My father was supposed to have come with us on this trip and the insufficient AC situation would have really set off his lung issues. I do not recall seeing this in the listing prior to booking, as I probably would’ve rented another condo instead. Instead this wasn’t disclosed until it was too late for me to think about other accommodations. Host does provide access to their storage closet full of pool/beach supplies, and they also provided beach towels and a generous starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dishwasher detergent. I also appreciated that we weren’t required to do a bunch of cleaning tasks upon check out. Granted, we try to keep where we are staying as clean as possible, but it was still appreciated.
