♥ Parking for two vehicles is included with your stay
♥ Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting in the unit upon arrival
♥ One carport space is labeled D-201
♥ One additional parking space is available directly behind the carport, parked in tandem
♥ If you bring your own boat, you may park your boat trailer in one of these two reserved spaces
♥ Additional open parking may be available in the complex on a first-come, first-serve basis
Other Notes and Rules
♥ No trailers, personal watercraft, campers, or motorhomes are allowed on the property—such vehicles will be towed
♥ This complex does not have elevators, and there are two flights of stairs to enter the condo
♥ The reservation registrant must be at least 23 years old. A government-issued photo ID will be required for verification before check-in
♥ Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a charge ranging from $100 to $500, depending on any damage caused
Pet Rules
♥ No dogs under one year old
♥ No dogs over 30 lbs
♥ A maximum of two dogs allowed
♥ Pet fees: $50 per dog for stays of 2-4 nights and $100 per dog for stays of 5+ nights
♥ Guests must provide their own dog bedding, crate, and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Condo towels are not to be used for pets
♥ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
♥ Dogs cannot be left unattended in the condo
♥ If your dog sheds, please brush them outside daily
♥ Guests must pick up after their dog and discard waste properly
♥ Dogs are not allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers
♥ Guests must clean up any accidents their dog has inside and notify the host of any damage
♥ Dogs must be on a leash when on Sea Oats property
♥ Guests are responsible for any damage their dog causes
♥ Excessive barking is not allowed, and fees may apply if other condo guests complain

Super nice place, quiet, spacious, easy access to the beach, barbecue area, clean pools and no smell of chlorine. They were days of peace, leisure and rest. I recommend this space for you who expect a quiet beach and nature.

Short walk to beach, secure with gated community, pool was nice. Loved keyless entry so we didnt lose the keys. Had everything we needed to stay.

Its was OK. The tvs were terrible wouldnt hook up to the internet so we weren't able to watch anything. The refrigerator ice machine was awful we were able to get a few cubes in 4days. Luckily we found an ice tray before we bought any. Stains on curtains a few holes in the walls. Bed in the master was awful it was so hard. We had 1 blanket on each bed. Luckily I found a old comforter to use for the couch pull out.The washer sounded like it was gonna take off it was so loud. The view was great from the dining room and one of the rooms.
