Summerhouse West 201A is away from the heavy traffic of the Central Beach Area in Gulf Shores, you will find this adorable townhome waiting to host your family! This complex is nestled in West Beach with Little Lagoon Access and a Private Boardwalk for Beach Access. Beach and waves on one side, fishing and kayaking on the other; it is the best of both worlds!
Come on inside to this 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. The Primary Suite provides a King Size Bed with a Private Full Bathroom and a Private Deck with views of the Gulf. The Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen Size Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunkbed, a Private Full Bathroom, and a Private Deck with views of Little Lagoon. Need extra sleeping? Downstairs, the couch in the Living area opens to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen is well prepped to create all your vacation meals including a Keurig. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen on the main level plus a stackable Washer and Dryer tucked away in the laundry closet. Heading outside? The Owners have provided a kayak and a blow-up paddle board with lifejackets to explore the Lagoon waters and wildlife, plus other beach gear!
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions on what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Enjoyed our time. Peaceful place. Had everything we needed - only suggestion is having a pulley system like some neighbors do; since the stairs to unit are steep for carrying items. Loved the view from all the decks !!

Wonderful location! Had the best of the ocean: the beach and dock to fish. It's not in the middle of everything but close enough to be able to enjoy a nice meal or souvenir shopping.

Super clean condo with a short walk to the beach. The beach gear and wagon made our stay much easier. The patios have great views of the ocean and lagoon.

Easy beach access, bay access and pool. Nice bonus to have access to beach chairs and wagon in storage locker. Perfect floor plan for family of 3 plus a friend. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, not too hard ir soft, just right. Far enough down the beach to be less crowded. Would definitely stay here again. I appreciated the simple clean decor and having just what we needed without it being cluttered.
