Welcome home! This beautifully remodeled property is the perfect place for you and your guests to settle in and enjoy Scottsdale. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this spacious vacation home is ideal for any occasion. You’ll also appreciate the two-car garage and a backyard so inviting you may never want to leave. There’s plenty of room inside and out for everyone to relax and make the most of their stay.

The charge for heating the pool is $100 per day. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.
We have a local professional cleaning company that cleans for us and a local laundry facility that cleans our linens for every reservation—assuring you of a clean home for your stay.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.
Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

This is the perfect house if you have a large group and need to spread out. Like having 4 master bedrooms ! Location is great - super close to shopping and restaurants!

This was an excellent place to stay on a vacation. It had ample amount of room with five bedrooms and four baths. The house was well stocked with kitchen, supplies and towels. Plus the house had a lot of fun activities like the putting green, the pool table, the shuffleboard, the arcade, and the card table. The house was clean and felt safe. The neighborhood was nice and it was within a 15 minute drive of a lot of attractions in the area. I would not have any issue with staying at this property again if I meant Scottsdale in the future.

My family regularly get together at large VRBO homes and this house was wonderful in most ways. Clean, spacious, nice pool, games (pool, arcade, shuffleboard). Everything worked well and we had a lovely reunion. However, the house had the least stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed. This came as a surprise to us. No pepper, no oil, no sugar. Nothing but salt and coffee filters existed. When renting out a large family sized house, we are accustomed to have all manner of non-perishable panty items available. Who wants to buy all those things only to use 5% of the container. I encourage the owners to rethink their approach. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. Thanks.
