All new furniture, bedding, towels, fresh paint throughout. King bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen blow up mattresses, 3 flat screen TV's. Extra large Backyard Oasis includes: 8 lounge chairs, 2 tanning lounge ledgers in HEATED pool, umbrella, bar, grill, fire-pit, and outdoor shower. Walk right out to the Beautiful new pier, great for fishing and sometimes you will get a special surprise by the dolphins! Full size Washer/dryer, 2 adult bicycles for your use. Public beach is just 1 mile from this home.

Beautiful home and an amazing stay in Marco Island! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and activities. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. The host was very attentive and responsive. We made beautiful memories here and would definitely come back!
