House was very well thought out and had everything you needed and didn’t know you needed! House was immaculate and the perfect combination of sun and shade! Will be back next year!

Nice property with 3 bedrooms, quality dock and nice pool. Two good sitting areas and an office that can double as bedroom. Not superfancy, but in good shape and great spot for family of 6. A little crowded at max capacity and water location if you boat is a long no wake zone (about as deep into island as you can get). But very solid property that is fairly presented.

Location was great. Central to island. House was clean and spacious Pool and hot tub kept gets busy all day. Dock was great for fishing. Lots of room on dock. Really nice home with a great location.
