• The outdoor spaces (1400m2 of land) frame the house with vast shaded terraces.
• Outdoor barbecue at the back of the house
• Pool House: with pizza oven
• A secure and heated private swimming pool (10x5m) deep (1.20m to 2.80m) with electric curtain, remote controlled LED lighting and coloured water jets. Pleasant summer and winter.
• A service for the maintenance of the pool will be provided in case of any problem. If you would like the arrival of a person for regular maintenance of the pool for you, this service is on request. With a cost.
• Outdoor cold shower by the pool.
• Possibility of outdoor parking in the property for 3 cars or 4 cars. Closed garage for one vehicle.
