This large house of 280 m2 recently refurbished is quiet, set back from the street in the residential and sought-after area of Portissol. It is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation" by the Sanary Tourist Office.

Nestled in a green landscape of typical Mediterranean species, it will be the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

It has 5 bedrooms (new bedding), 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

The villa is south-facing and arranged to enjoy a beautiful air-conditioned living space organized around the swimming pool: a large entrance with table football, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a relaxation room, a dining room and a TV room with an office area. One of the 5 bedrooms (with shower room and WC) completes this level as well as a laundry room and a separate WC.

The 5 bedrooms of the house are distributed as follows:
-On the living level: you will find an air-conditioned bedroom opening onto the covered terrace facing the pool with a 140X200 bed and its bathroom (with shower and toilet).
-Upstairs, opening onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the swimming pool, is the air-conditioned master suite: a 160x200 bed / a television / a reading area and mountain view / dressing room and bathroom (bath and shower). A separate toilet is located on the landing near the bedroom.
-On the first floor you will have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned.
A first west-facing bedroom with a 140x200 bed with its bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). And also 2 air-conditioned bedrooms which have a large bay window with access to the outside. One with a 140X200 bed and the other with 2 90X200 beds that can be pushed together. These 2 bedrooms have large cupboards.
A bathroom (with shower and toilet) completes this level.

All the bedrooms of the house are equipped with electric shutters.

The outdoor areas for dining/plancha, rest and relaxation are arranged all around the large 11X5m secure swimming pool (a submerged shutter in accordance with the French standard NF90-308). This can be heated if necessary from mid-April to mid-October to ensure a pleasant stay.

The terrace for meals is protected from the sun by its stretched canvases. Nearby is the gas plancha.

A table football and games (board games and construction games) are available in one of the cupboards at the entrance.

A mandatory flat rate for exit cleaning (220 euros) will be paid directly to the owner before your arrival.
You can bring your own linen. If you wish to be provided with bed linen and towels, then you will be asked to pay 18 euros per person before your arrival.

The property is fenced and allows parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The privileged location of the "Buccaneers" will allow you to enjoy the beach and the bars and restaurants of Portissol (600m / 10 minutes/walk) and the authentic and lively port of Sanary (1.4 km / 20 minutes walk).
The heart of the city will charm you with its pedestrian port, its lively streets, its many shops, its bars and restaurants and the varied and festive activities offered throughout the year.
Several parking lots are present as close as possible to the shopping and pedestrian areas.

The daily market is held every morning near the port (fresh fish and quality local products). Every Wednesday, you will find the large market reputed to be "the most beautiful market in France"! In summer, a night market also animates the port every evening.

Located between Bandol and Six -Fours-les-Plages, Sanary sur Mer offers you the pleasures of the seaside (swimming, sailing, diving, fishing, excursions, visits to the islands) but also many hikes (by the sea, through the vineyards...)
Not far away you will find beautiful inland villages to visit, the best known of which are La Cadière d'Azur and Le Castellet.
