About this house rental
MAISON CODREY CENTRE SANARY 16 Pers, 8 bedrooms, with swimming pool is located 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets overlooking the market, overlooking the port and beach. Also 5 minutes walk from shops, pharmacy, bakery, etc... This place is ideal to forget your vehicles on the closed parking of the property.

The renovated farmhouse of 270m2 located in a quiet area, on an enclosed plot of more than 2000m2 with its swimming pool (secured by a manual shelter and heated from May to September) of 12x6m surrounded by 3 solariums and bowling green.
2 semi-detached terraces (1 covered, 1 with tendue) for meals and your aperitifs.
On the first floor: a beautiful entrance opening onto the kitchen and its large living room of more than 60 m² air-conditioned including the dining room and living room opening onto a veranda (small living room) on one side and communicating by 2 French windows to the 2 terraces on the garden/pool side- 2 bedrooms for 2 people- 1 master suite with toilet and bathroom- 1 bathroom with toilet- 1 separate toilet.
On the first floor: 1 master suite with toilet and bathroom including bath and shower opening onto a terrace.
On the 1st floor: 3 attic bedrooms for 2 people -1 bathroom plus toilet.
The 8 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200, wardrobe cupboard and air conditioning. The terraces, living rooms, dining room, kitchens, utensils, fittings, chairs and tables inside and outside, oven, four fridges, ice maker, induction hob, plancha, microwave, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee makers, kettle, heated towel rails, hair dryers, etc... are designed for 16 people

A small typical Mediterranean fishing port, with its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its pretty squares cooled by fountains, its craft market in the evening (in July and August), its daily Provençal market voted "most beautiful market in France" in 2018, its fireworks, entertainment... Many sea excursions leave from the port (the creeks of Cassis, several islands), big game fishing, diving, boat rental, water skiing, paddle boarding... You can also discover all the surroundings: the village of Le Castellet, Cadière d'Azur..., the wine route, the Gien peninsula and its islands (including Porquerolles), the casino of Sanary and Bandol... New Ollioules/Sanary motorway exit and train station nearby

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The photos of the bedrooms do not do them justice. There is one room with a slightly low ceiling which goes up at an angle, and 3 other rooms that are basic, but fully equipped with wardrobes, a tele and bedside units. However the other 3 rooms were big (especially two of them) and great with en-suite facilites, one had a large bath in it.The kitchen had everything you could ever need and more. Whatever we were looking for we found!The outside area is great and the pool exactly as it looks with the sun just covering the end of the pool as the day goes on. The sun loungers can be moved around so they are in the sun all day.There is a supermarket 5 mins walk down the hill and a lovely port abut 10 mins walk with a food market on certain days and an evening market daily. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops. A sandy beach is about a 15 mins walk which offers more restaurants and watersports. Overall a great place to stay for families (I wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a wild night life) and I would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely come back.Thank you Monique for looking after us.

The property was perfect for 8 Senior Adults. Nearly all the amenities that you would require for an 8 day stay (except towels). Very comfortable, easy access to the city. Good communication with the property owner. Highly recommend for a group such as we were.

We had a fantastic week, the photos don’t do the Villa justice. It’s equipped to a very high standard. It’s a short, easy walk into Sanary town centre. Would definitely stay again.

The location is good, but that was the primary positive for me. I'm writing this not because I want to diminish the value of the property but because I felt like the previous reviews were not honest enough. The beds are hard, the pillows flat. The kitchen is barely stocked with basics. I had to buy dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, hand soap, oil and vinegar, etc. The kitchen organisation is terrible, the plates & glasses are in the next room. Zero instructions for the house. There are no towels, at all, even in the bathroom. This is stated, but unbelievable for a property that has a pool and is by the beach. It's unacceptable for something of this size and cost. The pool was warm on arrival, the shutters were closed, the beds unmade. They could do just a few things to make it more comfortable and pleasant for people staying. For the price per room, i was really disappointed.
