We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The photos of the bedrooms do not do them justice. There is one room with a slightly low ceiling which goes up at an angle, and 3 other rooms that are basic, but fully equipped with wardrobes, a tele and bedside units. However the other 3 rooms were big (especially two of them) and great with en-suite facilites, one had a large bath in it.The kitchen had everything you could ever need and more. Whatever we were looking for we found!The outside area is great and the pool exactly as it looks with the sun just covering the end of the pool as the day goes on. The sun loungers can be moved around so they are in the sun all day.There is a supermarket 5 mins walk down the hill and a lovely port abut 10 mins walk with a food market on certain days and an evening market daily. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops. A sandy beach is about a 15 mins walk which offers more restaurants and watersports. Overall a great place to stay for families (I wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a wild night life) and I would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely come back.Thank you Monique for looking after us.

The location is good, but that was the primary positive for me. I'm writing this not because I want to diminish the value of the property but because I felt like the previous reviews were not honest enough. The beds are hard, the pillows flat. The kitchen is barely stocked with basics. I had to buy dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, hand soap, oil and vinegar, etc. The kitchen organisation is terrible, the plates & glasses are in the next room. Zero instructions for the house. There are no towels, at all, even in the bathroom. This is stated, but unbelievable for a property that has a pool and is by the beach. It's unacceptable for something of this size and cost. The pool was warm on arrival, the shutters were closed, the beds unmade. They could do just a few things to make it more comfortable and pleasant for people staying. For the price per room, i was really disappointed.

The property was perfect for 8 Senior Adults. Nearly all the amenities that you would require for an 8 day stay (except towels). Very comfortable, easy access to the city. Good communication with the property owner. Highly recommend for a group such as we were.

We had a fantastic week, the photos don’t do the Villa justice. It’s equipped to a very high standard. It’s a short, easy walk into Sanary town centre. Would definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful. Even though it was in an urban area, you didn’t really see the neighbours due to the surrounding trees. The rooms are much nicer than can be seen on the pictures

Very nice house for bigger groups. Great pool and beautiful garden. Check in and check out were very easy. You need to bring a car if you want to go to the nice beaches.
