This gorgeous luxurious town house is at the center of many major theme parks and golf clubs. It’s less than 10 minutes away from Disney World, 15 minutes to Sea World, and 20 minutes to Universal. It is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, and spas.
The house includes access to a community pools It also has access to a gym.
This is a non-smoking house smoking inside but it is allowed on the patio. A 50” HD LCD TV in living room, with 43” HD LCD TV in all bedrooms, Blu-ray/DVD player, central air conditioning, clock radio with MP3 player, coffeemaker, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, hairdryer, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, private one-car garage, private patio, telephone, washer/dryer is all in this very spacious townhouse. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in them.

We did a 4 guys golf trip to the Champions Gate area. I've stayed in this area before so I knew it was nice. The condo was perfect for. Four bedrooms and three full baths, we each had our own private space. The living room and kitchen is very large for us to gather. It was great to have a garage to put our clubs and stuff at nite. The condo had everything we needed, glasses, plates, silverware.... We ended up handing out at Millers most nights, its a great sports bar for familes and a bar. There is a Publix just a block up for groceries and lots of other places to eat at too.
