The Space:
This spacious, beautifully decorated townhome is perfect for families or small groups. Unwind in the roomy living and dining area and take in peaceful conservation views from the private patio. The master suite features a king bed with a walk-in waterfall shower, while the second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth offers two twin beds. Enjoy the golfer-themed living room with a fun foosball coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, one-car garage, and a private patio for comfort and convenience.

You'll be just a few minutes away from some of Florida's top golf courses, including the ChampionsGate Golf Resort, a Central Florida masterpiece. The National and International golf courses are also around the corner. When on the golf course you feel that you are miles away from civilization, and yet you are less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World! The resort features a lovely zero entry pool surrounded by lush vegetation and cabanas, with a jet spa and fitness center at the clubhouse.
The pool/spa hours are set from dawn to dusk
Downtown Championsgate is in walking distance with restaurants, shops and grocery shopping just around the corner. This is truly a convenient location, served up in a in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

This home is in easy walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants in Championsgate.
Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash need to be disposable ate the dumpster right across the street. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a dumpster bin.
7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

We stayed at this property at The Fountains of Championsgate for 15 days in July 2025. The Management company, VillaKey were very quick to respond to any queries we had throughout our stay. They also provided more basic essentials than other properties we have stayed at. The property itself is modern and very spacious with a nice decor. As a family of four we like our space and there was plenty. The air-conditioning was very welcome after a long day out in the Florida sun. There was a good supply of quality towels and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, crockery and pots/pans should you wish to cook at home. The Fountains resort isn't too large so there aren't a lot of cars coming and going or problems with people parking on the road. The resort is passcode gated so you feel safe. The property is in a great location in Championsgate with a Publix supermarket around the corner and plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets. You can even walk to the Seven Eleven, Millers and Chillis in less than 5 minutes. The resort itself is very well maintained with a community pool and clubhouse which were excellent. The pool was very large, clean and with plenty of sunloungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location for us. The listing was 100% spot on accurate. The property managers were SUPER communicative and helpful!! It was just me and my wife and we had plenty of linens, plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans - everything needed. All in all a great stay. Would be super happy to rent again when we're in the Championsgate area.

We notify management about HVAC, fan doesn't stop at all. So it was extremely cold during night time or extremely hot.
They never sent a technician to fix it.
