A premium end-townhome located in the upscale gated resort of The Fountains at Champions Gate. The luxury accommodation is spread across two floors with its own private courtyard. A short walk down the street is the resort clubhouse and first-rate amenities. New plank flooring installed 2025.
The spacious downstairs living area is open plan and includes an elegant living room, bright dining area and high-end kitchen. You will have everything you need to cater for your family, plenty of cooking space plus stainless steel appliances. Across the stone countertops, there is a breakfast bar for quick bites. Or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, overlooking the outdoor courtyard which faces west and enjoys the afternoon sun. The living room has two sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. There is a half-bath also downstairs.
One of the master suites is located downstairs with kingsize bed, huge walk-in-wardrobe, and ensuite with double sinks, shower and separate toilet. The second master in located upstairs, also with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a twin room and sophisticated queen room that share a further bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The Fountains at ChampionsGate resort is a small peaceful gated community, although features large premium amenities. Enjoy the walk-in swimming pool, jet spa, and fitness center. Disney is only 12 miles away and Universal 25 miles. There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes drive and a wide range of shops and restaurant options nearby.

We were very happy with the Townhouse. The only thing we would recommend for the owners is some basic kitchen supplies. Since there is no gas grill for cooking outdoors, it would have been nice to have some basic roasting pans for the oven as well as basic items like salt and pepper, coffee filters, dish detergent, garbage bags!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured in a quiet neighborhood. Easily access to the interstate, Disney world and nearby shops.
