The Space:
This classic kiwi bach offers open plan living with 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7. This charming bach has kitchen facilities and games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Cook a feast on the BBQ and lounge on the outdoor furniture in the private, sunny garden. This is a great place to bring your children and the family dog (pet fees apply).
With the local Store, where you can enjoy refreshments and a yummy ice-cream and coffee, within a minutes’ walk away, Kiwi Classic is perfectly located for you to enjoy the best the Tutukaka Coast has to offer.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and outdoor area.
The Neighborhood:
Matapouri is a Village atmosphere, in the summer you walk to the beach for a swim, walk to the shops for an icecream and get mum more milk and then walk home, to grab a bite to eat and walk back to the beach.
Other Things to Note:
A pet fee of $55.00 per pet is payable and is non refundable.
Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave.
The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.
If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.
Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

Holiday Stays will contact you by email prior to your booking. We are also available by phone and are are locally based for any questions or issues you may have during your stay.

I was so pleased with the batch. It was everything we needed. I was there with my older Grandchildren and it felt so safe thank you.

While the house was a simple character kiwi bach as expected and we enjoyed our stay, it was really disappointing when I received a $145 receipt for linen after having paid the advertised price. Be careful of dishonest hidden fees, I was told this fee was “mandatory for health and safety reasons” which obviously makes no sense, and I got no response when I asked for an explanation. Would not use bookabach again.
