About this apartment rental

This stylish place is perfect for your next beach getaway! Unit 2 can accommodate a family of four or two couples. Maximum occupancy of 4 .
Min booking age 25 yrs or older. Booking guest must be a guest staying throughout the length of the say. Min $500 security (refundable) deposit required with each reservation. Deposit is refundable subject to no loss or damages, no later than 7 days after check-out. Booking guest must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a legal picture ID. The Lease will be emailed to Booking Guest via the property`s business email. Property must receive the Rental Agreement and ID min 7 days prior to arrival or earlier depending on the date of arrival. Key access code will be texted only to the Lessee no earlier than half hour before arrival time, subject to Lease Agreement & ID having been received.

Property was very clean. Short walk to the beach, coffee, dinner. Our only issue was that we could not get the major tv stations (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX NEWS). And one of the bedroom tvs you could not get past the Roku Home Screen.

This was a great property. Very well maintained, clean and very functional. My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. So many spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck off the unit was a nice screenroom-perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Downstairs at ground level there were two hammocks and lots of places to seat people and also a nice gas grill. The outdoor propane firepit was really nice, too. Mia provided two wonder wheelies for the beach, plus umbrellas and chairs. We threw all our stuff in and wheeled it right to the beach, which was a very short walk. You do have to cross a two lane street, but as soon as you press the button on the pole, the flashers go in and the cars stop for you. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a dog park as well. This one’s a winner. We’ll be back!

My husband and I have been staying in Florida as snowbirds for a few years now. This is by far the best place we’ve rented! The host is very responsive and super friendly and helpful! The place was roomy, comfortable, clean, well stocked and updated! In unit washer/dryer was a game-changing feature. All new appliances. Dog friendly. A block from the beach. It was absolute perfection! This host thought of everything! We will definitely be returning.

The location was perfect for a serene and relaxing getaway. The quiet surroundings provided a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I found myself unwinding effortlessly, with the tranquil sounds of the nearby beach adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and relaxing beachside retreat.
