Take your beach getaway to the next level! This gorgeous vacation home was designed to accommodate a large number of guests in style and with total comfort! On the ground floor you'll find stunning blue marble at the center of your open concept living room, the ideal setting for a cozy night in or an afternoon of entertainment. Just off the living room are an elegant dining area and a spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. A large center island provides you and your guests with additional dining space.
Just down the hallway you'll find one of the five bedrooms that make up this home. This bedroom features two Full over Full bunk beds and two Twin trundle beds, accommodating 8 guests! A shared guest bathroom can be accessed from this bedroom or from the hallway just off the front entryway. There is also a laundry closet located on the ground level, with a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. Take the stairs to the second level of the home where you'll find the remaining four bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms! Three of the bedrooms feature King beds and the fourth bedroom entails two Queen beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and have access to either the front of back balconies. All bathrooms have gorgeous walk-in showers!
Ready to take a dip? Soak up the sun in your very own backyard oasis, complete with a private heated pool and hot tub! The space provides plenty of seating for you and your guests, including a variety of lounge chairs, an outdoor sofa, and a patio table. The patio area also comes equipped with a propane grill and also provides access to an exterior half bathroom. An outdoor shower can be found just around the side of the home as well, a convenient spot to rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach!
And let's not forget about the beach! This home is located just a half block away from the nearest beach access (that's less than a 5 minute walk!) Get your toes in the sand, or spend the day enjoying all of the restaurants, shops and entertainment venues that South Padre has to offer.

This location was not a direct beach access. But very close to access entrance. The first night that we decided to cook in the oven the whole house was filled with smoke due to the prior tenant leaving spilled grease or something in the oven which was not cleaned prior to our stay. I will say that once we notified the property manager they sent someone right away to handle the issue. This is a very nice place but the other things that i noticed were the following.1. The only lock on the door is the keypad, Which is very scary considering that the kids room is next to the front door and those key can be hacked and there is no deadbolt to secure the door at night and all other rooms are upstairs which are for the grownups. 2. The gate locks on the side entrances do not work. So when you leave for the day to the beach anyone can access your pool or anything left outside. I would stay again if they fix the issues i noticed. We had kids ranging from 3 to 12. Thier safety was my biggest concern.

You folks are great! The property was excellent! Had an issue with the hot tub and some ants, but you folks were so quick to respond and showed you actually cared about our time in South Padre. Will book through you folks again for the same location for our vacation next year.

This house is very spacious, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool! We spent 2 months here in January and February. The bedrooms are large, each having their own bathroom was a plus. The living room furniture is comfortable and there's plenty of dinning space. The rental company is very attentive. The only drawbacks would be no bathtub for the little ones, the pool decking is quite slippery when wet, and the fitted bedsheets don't stay put. Overall the house is beautiful and our stay was quite pleasant (despite some very cold days).
