Balatonberény: Beautiful 2-family house "Francois", 2 storeys. In the resort, 200 m from the lake. Private: property (fenced), garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: washing machine. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 800 m, grass beach 200 m.

No heating option. Upper floor: living room. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower, sep. WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Parking (fenced 2 cars). 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz.Eine obere und untere Etage mit je einem Badezimmer und je zwei WC‘s.Die Küche ist sehr modern und man findet alles vor was man benötigt.Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.Das einzige was am Anfang etwas stört ist der vorbeifahrende Zug.Aber daran gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell.

Das Haus ist schön. Leider liegt es direkt an einer Bahnlinie. ( alle 15min rund um die Uhr kommt ein Zug. Auf der Terrasse Lautstärke bis zu 90db) Laut Anzeige wird die Lage falsch angezeigt. Ein Bett war bei Ankunft kaputt. Laut Kontakt vor Ort ist dies bekannt. Wurde aber sofort repariert. Sonnenschutz auf der Haupt Terrasse nicht vorhanden. Nicht genügend Stühle für 8 Personen vorhanden. Positiv war 2 Bäder und 2 separate Toiletten.
