On the first upper floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright living and dining room equipped with cable TV and air conditioning. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers 2 beds, air conditioning, and also opens onto a balcony. This floor is further completed by an open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and a freezer, as well as a shower with WC and a separate WC.

On the second upper floor, the layout mirrors a similarly comfortable arrangement. A second entrance hall leads to a living and dining room with cable TV, air conditioning, and access to a balcony.
