The gated community was well manicured and felt safe. Parking was easy. The condo was nicely updated and roomy. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Nicely stocked beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, and wagon. Plenty of room to sleep and cable TV available on all TVs. Walk to private beach was on the longer side, but still doable with kids.

My family and I greatly enjoyed out stay here. The property and the condo were exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. Its a very short walk to the beach and I really appreciate that beach equipment was available in the condo. I would stay again. Only gripes I have are that the ice machine in the fridge was somewhat broken and the beds were not comfortable which made it hard to get a good nights rest. If not for those, I would have rated 5 stars. Other than that everything was great! Can't wait to come back.

Overall this condo was very nice.
The location was the best part as it was only a 5 minute walk to the private beach and close to things to do and shopping.
Dislikes: could have provided some beach towels, umbrella/chair rental more expensive than Santa Rosa beach (30A) which is ridiculous, no cleaning wipes or spray provided, only 1 kitchen trash bag given, only tiny area for beach guests who bring own umbrella/chairs, no fitness center access
Likes: location!!, umbrella/chairs/wagon provided at the condo, space in condo and kitchen utensils provided, in-unit washer/dryers, showers were very nice, place was clean, multiple pools available for use
Overall I would stay here again, but I would look at other places that had a gym available for use and maybe stay in the building that’s right off the beach.
