The holiday home "Villa Regno di Toscana" is located in San Giuliano Terme and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a working fireplace as well as a washing machine.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The villa also offers a panoramic view over 'Parco della Pace', the main park of Pontasserchio which often hosts events and conventions.
