About this house rental

The holiday home "Villa Regno di Toscana" is located in San Giuliano Terme and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a working fireplace as well as a washing machine.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The villa also offers a panoramic view over 'Parco della Pace', the main park of Pontasserchio which often hosts events and conventions.

A Conad supermarket is just 200 m away. Distances by car: 20 minutes from Lucca, 10 minutes from Pisa, and 5 minutes from the thermal baths of San Giuliano. The property is also close to the seafront.

4 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
