To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff make the beds for you before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Pack light because you can wash and dry clothes with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember to bring your beach towels, beach chairs and sunscreen!
SANDS IV Guests have private access to the pool, beach, and use of the charcoal grills and shower to rinse off - all oceanfront!
Walk to local restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and the famous Britt's Donut Shop. Enjoy the Seasonal farmers market, amphitheater on the lake and watch fireworks from your private deck.
Parking is available for up to two vehicles. All vehicles MUST HAVE an approved parking pass.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The property was right on the beach with easy access. It was very clean, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. The beach view was great, and the location was very convenient.

We had the best time! You get what you pay for and even though this condo is on the higher side, it is worth it! The views are spectacular and the condo is fresh and clean. If I had a condo of my own, this is exactly how I would want it. All of the furniture, from the beds to the couches to the chairs on the deck, were all very comfortable and inviting. The place is well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed.Carolina Beach has become our favorite destination and we'll certainly be back to this condo. The proximity to everything is fantastic and it's within walking distance to the boardwalk via the beach. The ONLY con is that there is no elevator. The perks of being on the top floor also include walking up 4 flights of stairs to get there. It was worth it, but having some mobility issues makes it a little difficult.Private access to the beach is also great. There is plenty of room to stretch out on the sand within a short walk from the unit. Easy to carry whatever you need. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. We come for the ocean and for the sand between our toes. This unit provides that and so much more. You can't go wrong - just do it!

This third floor condo has Amazing ocean views. You will want to arise early to see the spectacular sunrise over the ocean. The cleanest condo we have stayed in with really comfy beds. The host responds very quickly to any questions. We would happily return again for one of our favorite beach getaways.
