Located right in the heart of Carolina Beach, this newly refreshed property with all new furniture, paint and decor is walking distance to everything Carolina Beach has to offer! Park your car and never move it again during your stay, which means NO parking fees! Just 100’ to the nearest beach access and less than a 10 minute walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all local restaurants.
** **If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach, this is the place for you! If you are coming to party until 2am, while getting drunk and bringing over unauthorized guests, find another place! I live close by and you will be told to leave without refund**
With ocean views off the huge front covered balcony and lake views off the rear bedroom balcony, you will never be anywhere in this home without a great view.
This unit has one bedroom with a new king bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker (and coffee), toaster and all utensils, dishes and glassware. Super fast high speed Wifi with streaming cable TV, over the air antenna for networks and Netflix. TVs in living room and bedroom. Full size washer and dryer. We are fully stocked like a hotel with all sheets and towels cleaned for you and ready before you arrive. We are also fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hand soap.
This unit is located within a short walk to all that Carolina Beach has to offer. You have one dedicated covered parking space underneath the building. The nearest beach access is “Driftwood Ln” and it is less than 100’ away from your door. Take a stroll across the street and walk around Carolina Beach Lake Park. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and main part of town are less than 10 minutes!
** Maximum of TWO (2) adults. We do NOT host two couples or parties with 3 or 4 adults**
**We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for stays during the months of June through October, however the most active months for hurricanes are September and October. Refunds will not be offered for poor unless the property is uninhabitable**
** Please bring your own beach gear as we do not provide that for our guests due to it continuing to disappear**
**We have a security camera in the stairwell at the front entrance door**
**Absolutely NO pets allowed**
**In order of our cancellation policy, we will no longer accept alteration requests within 30 days of your reservation.**

We really loved staying here and had such a great time. The location was amazing for our family. It was so easy to get to the beach, just down the stairs, across the parking lot, and at the boardwalk steps. That made beach days really simple with a child since we could easily come back for the bathroom, lunch, or a break and head right back out.The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and looked just like the photos. We especially loved the covered balconies, the comfortable bed, and the well-stocked kitchen. The bathroom was clean with great water pressure, and the tub was perfect for baths and rinsing off sunscreen. There was also one super comfy chair in the family room that all of us wanted to claim.Check-in and check-out were easy, parking was simple, and the keypad entry made things really convenient. The host was also very responsive — when we arrived there was no parking pass, he got back to us right away and resolved it quickly.For the three of us, it was the perfect amount of space. It was also an easy 10-minute walk to the main boardwalk area with restaurants and shops. We stayed the first week of April, and the beach in this area was not crowded at all, which made it feel especially relaxing.The only small thing to note is that with the doors open at night, you could hear some traffic, especially on the bedroom side, but once the doors were shut, it was quiet. Overall, we had such a good stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at James' place. The location was perfect, one minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk area. The park across the street has a walking path around the lake which was a bonus. The condo had everything we needed and it was nice to have a private deck to sit. Definitely recommend!
