-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.

This is a second floor, nicely appointed beach front unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were three of us staying there. Easy access to a nice beach. Close to the boardwalk and there’s a little market that we walked to for coffee in the am. The management team was very responsive. I’d stay here again! Or any property managed by this team!

The condo was just as described with a beautiful view. It was clean and well maintained The host was responsive and replied promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Very professional check in check out process. Covered parking and close location to CB boardwalk. Basic cooking needs and some foil plastic wrap etc. Really nice porch with bar that looks towards the ocean. The pool was not open which was a bummer. Must use public access to get to the beach but is just passed the next building. Walls are a little thin, can hear neighbors walking around. Was near the upper price range for the area but I was happy with the rental.

Serenity 2D-Carolina Beach: right on the beach, oceanfront, great location, walking to the beach to public access not very far, 2nd floor beach view great; can walk to restaurants and the boardwalk in 10 minutes; beach pretty big; however vents in the unit(return and kitchen supply)were dirty,not cleaned, and rusty ( we reported it and no one ever came to clean ); hot water takes 5/10 minutes to get hot and then it is scalding hot, very hard to adjust down, this was very annoying ; poor construction, can hear every foot step from the unit above, was very hard to sleep, felt like someone was walking in our room ; no screens on the sliding doors, very odd; drapes sliding rings broken and hard to close; there is no suitcase stands or luggage racks, no place to set your bags except on the floor, that was terrible; hard to get out of bed due to it was a closed wooden frame with hard corners , also corners bumped our knees when walking around at night; this location is great but that is it, no frills here and the place is old, overall we would come back but the water situation needs fixed, the place needs better cleaning and they need folding luggage stands ( which would make it a lot more convenient to get to your bags and luggage)-Rating is a 7
