-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

From the moment we entered Serenity at Carolina Beach, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views. The kitchen was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We spent countless hours on the deck, soaking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. This condo truly lives up to its name, offering a peaceful retreat by the sea. The hosts were fantastic, with clear communication and a welcoming, helpful approach that made the stay even better.

Serenity at Carolina Beach provided the ideal setting for our family vacation. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated all of us. We appreciated the easy beach access just steps away. The condo was immaculately clean, and the inclusion of fresh linens and towels was a thoughtful touch. Its proximity to Carolina Beach Lake Park and downtown restaurants made exploring effortless. A perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

Our stay at Serenity at Carolina Beach was nothing short of exceptional. Waking up to ocean views from the master suite was a dream. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The large deck became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Being just a short distance from the boardwalk and local restaurants added to the convenience. Highly recommend this gem for a serene beach getaway!

The property has some issues ranging from exposed electrical outlets and spotty cleanliness. Crumbs in the utensil drawer were surprising.
The cleanliness issue also led to a roach infestation which rendered the deck unusable in the evening as we were literally attacked by a colony of roaches. The property manager was responsive and tried to remedy the situation. We appreciated the effort however it wasn’t the experience we’d hoped for.
