Plan for plenty of family fun in this fully furnished home. Enjoy family meals, soak up the sun in the pool, play a game of foosball, ping-pong, or pool in the game room.
Located in a peaceful gated community on the US27 in Davenport, offering a tennis court, a playground, and it is close to all road-links to Universal, Disney and Orlando’s other top attractions. 》Pool Heating - Optional Extra Pricing:
The pool at this property can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $40 per night. Once activated, the pool heating must remain on for the duration of your stay, with exceptions made only for bookings longer than 14 nights.
To ensure availability, pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate last-minute requests. Please note that the pool’s water temperature is influenced by external weather conditions; therefore, its heating efficiency may decrease when the ambient temperature drops below 65°F.
Additionally, the jacuzzi is not equipped with heating or jets. It functions as an extension of the pool, with the water temperature matching that of the pool.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial standard startup of supplies for your use:
- 1 x roll of paper towel.
- 1 x dish sponge.
- 1 x dishwasher tablets.
- 1 x small dish soap.
- 1 x trash bags.
- 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom.
- 1 x sachets of laundry soap.
For all your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 minutes (Publix Supermarket, Walmart). In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Note: Washcloths are no provided as they are considered a personal item.

We had a great family vacation and this was a great home to stay.Our check-in was easy: we had a very ate flight, with delays and got to the house about 2:30 am. I appreciate the clear communication and check-in information given and for the information located in the front entry of the home.This house is located in a gated community and we always felt safe when coming and going in the late hours. We spent the first day getting groceries and swimming in the clean pool, located on the property. My teens loved the floats available and the opportunity to get tan during high UV times (parts of teens know).The property was clean, which was my most important attribute. This property is not a new build or remodel but it is nicely kept. A number of bathrooms and bedrooms ensured that we all felt like we had space. The drive to Disney parks is about 25-30 minutes, but super easy. Universal was about a 45 minute drive.Other amenities (grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops) were all very close. We spent two rest days and wish we would have planned more because the pool was so refreshing and the outdoor space was well-kept.Anyone looking for an well-kept, clean, affordable Vrbo, this one was fantastic!

We had some issues, think the owners need to get new cleaners and a new pool company. They are accommodating. I did have to contact the owners several times..
