If you are looking for a property that ticks all of the vacation home boxes your search is over. Our luxurious villa is your home away from home located in the quiet exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, allowing you to escape from the noise of the highways and traffic after a busy day. This community offers tennis courts and children's playground and is just minutes from popular attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and outlet shopping. Even better Disney Theme Parks are just 8.5 miles from your doorstep!
Our four bedroom three bathroom villa offers an open concept living area that is very spacious and tastefully decorated for guests. There are two master en suite bedrooms (1 King 1 Queen)each with brand new pillow top mattresses, with the third and fourth bedroom sharing a full Jack and Jill bathroom that sleeps 9 comfortably. Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, flat screen TV and full size washer and dryer. The garage is transformed into the ultimate games room equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and electronic dart board.
The private screened lanai / extended deck area with outdoor shower has a SOUTH FACING pool & spa ($24 a day to heat) to ensure that no matter what time of year you are visiting you will get tons of warm sunshine all day long!! Large patio table seating for six, under the covered patio with ceiling fan and full size stainless steel BBQ that allows you to enjoy relaxing evenings while sitting and dining by the pool. There are also four loungers surrounding the pool area for those looking to relax and catch some rays.

The property was very clean and spacious! There were plenty of cooking utensils and lots and pans, which I find alot of places are lacking. The renters were very friendly and prompt in responses. Basic necessities were provided such as tp, paper towels, hand soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods and trash bags. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and supplied all the necessities. The pool was dirty but I contacted owners and it was cleaned the next day. The owners were nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed our Disney/Universal week at the property. The house was clean and spacious for our small group of four. Also, the kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep.
However, the house is in need of some TLC. All of the game room items were broken or unusable (the pool table is on a slope, and the balls just roll to the side when un-racked). Many other items in the house were showing signs of wear or were broken.
The pool was nice. However, the pool was not heated on our arrival, as it was incorrectly configured at the control panel. The property manager was fairly responsive and got it working the next day. The pool cover is a major hassle to remove and put back on (a rolling cover would be a major improvement). Also, the timer system for the spa is very inconvenient: the timer only turns it on for an hour, but it takes at least 1 1/2 hours to heat up. So, if you don’t babysit the timer, it will go cold again.
The neighborhood is nice, but the location is not great. Even though the listing advertises 15 minutes to Disney, it never took us less than 30 minutes in traffic. Universal was at least 45! Also, there are few restaurants in the area, which was disappointing.
The house was lacking many of the little touches that would have made it great; only one kitchen towel provided, and one box of Kleenex for the whole house, for example.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but I doubt we will return.
