About this house rental
Located in the Estates community of Legacy Park close to Disney.
Stay in our 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home with all the comforts for up to 10 people.
The house is located approximately 10 miles from Disney theme parks and attractions.
This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a den, wireless internet access, a spacious breakfast bar, and dining area.
The house boasts 2 master bedroom suites; one on each floor.
We have one further King bedroom as well as with 2 twin rooms; the twins can be made up for children as needed.
In the great room you’ll enjoy the 55” Cable TV & Blu-ray, with your friends & family
The den is a great area for the children, with a 32” TV, Xbox One, Roku (for your streaming needs) & a library for somewhere else to relax.
The home also has two dining areas, one formal and the other ‘nook’ just off the kitchen.
There are also bar stools at the breakfast counter so there is plenty of seating for your family.
Outside there is a large deck area with a screen enclosed swimming pool with whirlpool spa, (pool heat is available as an optional extra).
The deck area has plenty of comfortable patio furniture for relaxing, eating, sun bathing or hanging out under the large covered lanai.
There is a propane grill available for use. Gas is not provide by home owner The home also has a security fence around the pool for children's safety.
The triple garage has been converted into a games room, where you’ll find a pool table, & foosball table. Along with a stereo, and a small selection of CDs.
There is also a large utility room which contains a washer/dryer, laundry baskets, iron & ironing board and in the many closets throughout the villa you’ll find towels & linens.

Spacious and convenient.Very surprised that basic amenities like soap, shampoo/ conditioner in the bath and salt pepper oil in the kitchen, Garbage trash bags were BOT available. When we inquired we were told that since this was a holiday home, guests were expected to buy yhese items. This is the only place from the over 70 rentals that told us this so a little disappointed.Hot water tank setting was not sufficient for 10 people showering after a long day in the park!A little refurbishing of basics and including amenities would substantially upgrade the place.Rest was easy. Thank you for sharing you place with us. We did enjoy our trip and stay.

After traveling with five teens for 18 hours this home was perfect. Everyone had enough room to relax and the pool offered fun family time. The location was great just a few short miles to the parks or outlet shopping. We also made the trip to Clearwater beach and Coco beach with the travel time being very similar for both. I would absolutely recommend this home for any vacation stay.

This property has the potential to be very nice. The carpeting was way beyond the need to be cleaned. The house was surface clean, but in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The pool was good, clean and well cared for. The beds were super firm, not to our liking, but that’s just us. Motor for air hockey did not work. Property manager was quick to respond and friendly.
