Designed with families and groups in mind, the 3396 sq. ft. house features two living areas, a games room, and a screened-in pool. - Living Areas: Relax in two cozy living areas, one with a flat-screen TV for movie nights and the other for casual gatherings and conversations. Both spaces offer comfort and style, ideal for winding down after a day of adventure.
- Games Room: Enjoy hours of fun in the games room located in the garage. It’s a fantastic space for friendly competitions and family entertainment.
- Upstairs TV and Games Area: On the second floor, the TV and games area provides a dedicated space for kids and teens to enjoy their favorite shows and activities, offering a perfect retreat within the home.
- Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee maker. We had a great time. We were there for a volleyball tournament and disney. This place was excellent for our family of 6. Plenty of room. House was very clean. The pool was nice. Bedrooms are very spacious. This house has so much room, you aren't tripping over people. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dishware, pots, pans, etc.. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed in this area many times before, the villa was wonderful near all the parks pool and surrendering not over looked was sad to leave

The home was overall a great home for a family vacation. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working, but Misti was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations to get it fixed. Even though I didn’t think it was a big deal, they got the dishwasher replaced right away, on a weekend no less! I would highly recommend booking with them. Checkin was easy, and check out was easy. No complaints from me!
