• Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.

Self-Catering & Starter Kit
This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, dish soap, etc.) to get you started. You will be responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of your stay. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
Housekeeping
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee.
Optional Add-Ons (Advance Request Required)
• **BBQ Grill Rental:** $100 per stay, includes one propane tank.
• **Pool Heating:** $35 per day (2-day minimum). Please allow 8-12 hours for the pool to heat up.
• **Golf Cart Rental:** Available for an extra fee.
Private Pool & Maintenance
Pool maintenance is typically scheduled for Mondays but is subject to change. The service team will only access the outdoor pool area. The pool heater may shut off in very cold temperatures to protect the system; no refunds will be given for weather-related issues.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $95 per pet (non-refundable).
• Maximum of 3 pets per reservation (35 lbs each maximum).
• Pets are not allowed on carpets, furniture, or beds.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during the stay.
• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Any unreported or unauthorized pets will be subject to additional fees, including a $250 unauthorized pet fee.
Packages & Deliveries
UPS, DHL, and FedEx can deliver to the home. However, USPS does not deliver to vacation properties in this resort. We are not responsible for any lost or rejected packages.

Just a FYI . There are no curtains or blinds on the backdoor it’s wide open. Concerned about safety. No TV in every room only two main bedrooms. However Very clean , no bugs. Pool was clean. WiFi worked great. Owner very responsive . Overall very clean and fun stay

We had a great stay! The house is clean and maintained. There are somethings that are clearly worn, like the carpet, and the stair banister. But overall LOVED the resort amenities with a lazy river, 2 water slides, a zero entry pool, and putt putt all INCLUDED AT NOT COST. Can't beat that. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful clean house, very nice pool. Close enough to the Disney Parks to go back and forth throughout the days. The owners was very easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or concerns. 10/10 recommend!

The community is nice, but the house is smaller than it appears in the pictures. The pool is quite small, although it heats up well. I would recommend this place for a short weekend stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that the cleaning crew will arrive at your door promptly at 9:50 AM for check-out.
