About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment for rent in Via San Giovanni in Florence. Located in the wonderful historic district of San Frediano, a stone's throw from the river and many of the city's main attractions, the apartment has recently been renovated and refurbished with great care. The property is located on the second floor of a typical Florentine Oltrarno building overlooking a quiet street with little traffic. The apartment is spread over three levels and consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a terrace. San Giovanni House can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people as one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (located in a mezzanine), while the other has a double bed. The first bathroom has a shower and the second has both a shower and a bathtub. The house is equipped with numerous amenities: ceiling fans in the bedrooms, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and everything needed for cooking.

Pretty great place and nice neighborhood too. Keep in mind you have walk up 2 flights of stairs. Bathrooms were spacious. Host was quick to reply to my message and very helpful.

We only stayed one night but loved the experience! Beautiful place and right in the heart of Florence. So close to everything! Pejman was also great! He met us early and got us all set up to enjoy our stay. Would love to come back! Thank you!!

The location was convenient. The apartment worked for us and our stay. The size was perfect.
The apartment was very dusty. The light fixtures and the wardrobe all needed a good dusting.
I would stay again, I would just ask for it to be well dusted.
