House was very nice and clean. The couches were very comfortable and clean. I really loved how many extra towels the house provided as well. The hottub and pool were very nice and clean, they both did have a slow warm time, which is the only adjustment. The grill did not work at the start, and the host had it fixed the next day, which was very nice. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Excellence house.

House itself and amenities were good. House needed TLC. The lights in one room controlled the lights to the room next to it. Dishwasher might need repair because it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. Had to hand wash stuff. Pool was clean and great. Gym equipment was nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. House did smell like smoke. Not sure if previous renters smoked.
