Situated in Dayton's historic South Park, this home, revamped in 2019, retains its 1800s charm. Ideal for families and friends keen on downtown Dayton proximity. Perfect for UD or local events, offering a homely feel. Please note: local bookings are not accepted. This neighborhood is currently undergoing revitalization, with several homes, including the one adjacent, at different stages of remodeling and rehabilitation. It's an urban area experiencing a dynamic transformation.
The Space:
• The property boasts two elegant en-suite bedrooms.
• The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for your convenience.
• A washer/dryer combo is at your disposal for any laundry needs.
• For cooler evenings, a backyard heater is provided. Please note that guests might need to refill propane at their own expense.

If you area UD parent you cannot find a better house- the location is absolutely perfect. Whats even better is thar this house is beautiful, functional and relaxing.. Top notch!!

The property itself was clean and in a great location, which made it convenient for our girls trip. The space worked well for our group and was comfortable overall.However, the biggest issue was the inaccurate and conflicting communication from property management. We were specifically told there was a fire pit and that firewood bundles were available for purchase at 6 each. Based on that information, we brought our own firewood—only to find that the information provided was not correct. We were also told the refrigerator made crushed ice, which it did not. The refrigerator did not even have a water line. These may seem like small details, but they directly impacted our planning and overall experience. Clear and accurate communication is essential, and unfortunately that was lacking here.

Great house. I love the decor. Lots of space for me and my family to relax and hang out. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.
