A peaceful, spacious and welcoming homestead within a rural setting, yet conveniently located just 12 minutes from downtown Dayton. Situated in the center of a working family farm wherin the neighboring homes, (whom are all immediate family to your host) are equivalent to a block away. This is my own custom built life home where we’ve happily cultivated family, livestock and land.
