About this cottage rental
Trasperique Rural House is a traditional country house located in an orange grove, in the middle of the Green Corridor of the Guadiamar. This protected area has more than 70 Km, by bike, on horseback or on foot, making it the perfect place for hiking, bird watching and taking pictures of nature, as well as many other activities to be highlighted as the balloon ride.
With a privileged location, it is 26 km from the center of Seville (30 min to Santa Justa and 38 min from the airport), 30 km from the Doñana National Park, 55 km from the Aldea del Rocío, 70 km from the beaches and the city of Huelva and 125 km from Portugal. 1 km from Sanlucar la Mayor, where you can find a rich and wide gastronomy, highlighting the Alhucema Restaurant, where from Ferrán Adriá, to Berasategui, passing through a trail of Michelin stars, they have tasted their fried fish.
The house, surrounded by a large garden meadow with pool, porch and barbeque, enjoys a great tranquility ideal for rest. It is fully equipped. It is the perfect place for meetings of friends and family. With capacity for 12 people, it has 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and one with 2 bunk beds), 4 complete bathrooms and a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Dinning room. Two spacious and comfortable rooms, and a living room. Fireplace, firewood, TV, heating with radiators, fans, etc ...

We enjoyed our stay at the house, it really is quite special to have fresh figs and plums from the orchard attached to the house for breakfast in the outside dining area which easily sat 9 of us. The outside seating area with its white billowy curtains was perfect for sunset G&T’s and chilling out pre dinner. The inside is spacious and very rustic, with a kitchen equipped with an eclectic mix of crockery and cutlery and serving boards. The rooms were clean and airy with comfortable beds and 3 rooms with ensuites worked well for us all. The neighbours were friendly and kind and super helpful and we gained a dog for the week, he was friendly and well trained. The pool is very large and cleaned every other day, a good temperature and depth. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and shade if you need it.
My only warning is that there is no air conditioning except for the sitting room area, our teens took to sleeping in there as their bedroom was too hot. There is a fan in every room but unfortunately this was not so helpful in 35 degrees. Having said that, I would still recommend this lovely house if you are looking for a large group to be accommodated, you like eating in (the bbq is very large) and you enjoy peace and quiet with an option to visit the beautiful Seville and many shopping malls which are within 30mins drive.
