Genteel Home San Laureano

Looks exactly like a picture. Very clean and has washing machine, kitchen utensils, detergent, coffee, tea, etc. walkable to all tourists spot. Bed was nice and comfy. AC was working spectacular. Customer service is very fast responsive with our question.

Located in narrow street which made it challenging when dropping luggage as you don’t want to block the street. On first day it was very challenging to find parking which doesn’t cost us fortune. Free street parking close to river (torneo street) or marques de paradas street was guarded with gorilla and we don’t want to risk our car with them. At the end, we choose AP2K chapina which 6 mins walk to hotel and cost us 12€/24 hour with advance booking. My best recommendation is to not bring car in seville 👍🏻

if you're staying for a longer stay and it isn't your first time in seville- this should be your place. Huge room with a kitchen that has everything you'd need. beautiful interiors, comfortable bed, crisp air conditioning. no complaints

a short walk to the city center but we didn't mind that. the only thing that was inconveneient was that they have no provisions to store luggage. but it's close to the train station so we stored it there

We stayed at the ground floor apartment for four nights in Seville and it was wonderful - there were four of us so the lounge area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms were the perfect size for us and really spacious. At check-in time we were greeted by Martina at the door who gave us our keys and showed us around the apartment, which was really nice and helpful. The property looked recently renovated so everything was in great condition, it felt secure and it was really clean, and the AC worked perfectly (which was great when we needed a break for the 38 degree heat outside!). The location was great - it’s located just off a main road and we were only a 10-20 minute walk to all the attractions, as well as being only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket which was really convenient for us. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever revisit Seville and will recommend this to people I know!

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

A cloth for drying dishes would have been wonderful! We had to improvise with a normal towel which wasn’t ideal.
