The pool area has a sun deck, covered patio, a 2nd outdoor gas grill for cooking with plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors for large dinner parties and events. Big screen TV's with cable and high-speed internet are on the first, second and third floors. The private 1,376 square feet air-conditioned 1st floor entertainment suite with additional private full bath adds multiple functionality to your vacation stay. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks and boat trailers. The public boat ramp is only minutes away. Large ice machine and bait freezers located outside. Large fish cleaning station. Located in Coco Plum(Marathon) with one of the widest canals (200 feet across) in the Florida Keys with direct deep-water ocean access. The Gulfside may be easily accessed through Vaca Cut. In addition to a fishing, diving and snorkeling paradise Marathon has numerous fine restaurants, tiki bars with live music and some amazing sunset vistas. Coco Plum Beach is within walking distance of the house. When not on the water, take a day to visit Key West, Islamorada or some of the many other unique Keys attractions.
