About this house rental
Villa Las Brisas (The Breezes) features a gated entrance into a spectacular and dramatic architectural design with stunning ocean views. The entrance features a domed marble foyer, curving staircase, marble floors, baluster trimmed balconies all overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
The outdoor living area is accessible through expansive glass sliders leading to a beautiful pool with spill-over spa surrounded by an elevated cascading waterfall. The Villa has 3,900 Square feet with over 1,000 Square feet of balconies, meticulously manicured gardens and sugar fine white sandy beach.
Private Seaplane Charter services available for arrivals and departures, weather permitting. Contact host for bookings.
There are exterior security cameras on the property. Please be assured that your privacy is protected. No security cameras are located anywhere inside of the home.
Split floor plan consists of double master suites separated with endless ocean views from all rooms.
Big laundry will easily accommodate all your needs.
Handicap accessible.
The Villa is situated on 3/4 of an Acre and has been featured on the front page of "Estates & Homes" of the Florida Keys.
Dockage off the beach will accommodate boats that require 5 feet of controlling depth.
We have a daily professional beach clean up service in the property but as you may understand we can't control mother nature. Depending on tides and winds sometimes seaweed may accumulate in the beach throughout the day, but again, the beach will be raked the following day.
Villa Las Brisas comfortably accommodates 8 guest total

The house is beautiful and very clean. The view is beautiful. Very nice appliances which was wonderful while cooking. The host was great and quick to respond. My only complaint was the pool was only cleaned one time during our week and that was Friday on the backend of our trip. The chemicals in the pool tarnished our jewelry (that was non-tarnish jewelry) after just a short dip in it.The boat dock is not easily accessible. Older guests will not be able to access a boat from it. We had to drive the boat to a local marina to pick up my parents, so you can work around it to make it happen. Overall, a great trip and beautiful home.

Special and beautiful house and property. Clean and well-equipped. Check in and communication with the host were excellent. The pool and the beach were as beautiful as pictured. We had a very special stay. I would highly recommend.
